Sheeting & Equipment Removal

  • We cover all surfaces and equipment with sheeting to prevent contamination.

    ● Cooking equipment is covered with plastic sheeting to prevent damage & cross-contamination.● All non-essential equipment is removed from the work area.● The area is restricted with signage and barriers to avoid contact with customers or staff.

Equipment Checks

  • All equipment is checked before the commencement of work to ensure it is working and in good condition.

    ● Ovens, fryers and grills are checked for condition as faulty equipment will not be cleaned.● Extraction fans are checked for damage before cleaning.● Ductwork is checked for leaks and also if it's in need of maintenance.● Extraction canopies are checked before cleaning to ensure our chemicals will not cause damage.

Photographic Evidence

  • Before-and-after images are taken to prove the work has been completed along with video evidence of any faulty equipment found on site. 

    ● Faulty equipment is recorded before we start cleaning.● Pre & Post-photographic evidence is taken and attached to our reports to prove the work that has been completed to industry standards.

Before We Leave

  • All waste and sheeting are removed from the site, and all equipment is moved back in place. Surfaces in the areas where we have been working are cleaned in the areas we have been working.

    ● Countertops where we have been working are wiped clean.● Floors are cleaned in the areas we have been working.● Interlock and fan readings are taken to prove the extraction system is working on completion.● The site is secured, and keys will be put in a safe place if applicable.
